Acceptable Use Policy
Scope
This policy applies to the Skillrz website, avatar tool, use of Skill packages, and content submitted to or displayed on the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. External AI tools also have their own provider rules.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use our services to create, upload, display, distribute or facilitate any of the following:
- Pornography / NSFW: explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation and non-consensual sexual material.
- Violence / gore: extreme gore, abuse, or promotion or incitement of violence or terrorism.
- Hate speech: dehumanization, abuse or incitement of discrimination or violence against protected groups.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming or exploitation.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized impersonation of real people or organizations, deceptive synthetic media, or violations of likeness and privacy rights.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected works or marks, or false claims of brand authorization.
Moderation and operational limits
The avatar tool constrains input to preset geometry, materials and accessories. It offers neither arbitrary text-to-image prompts nor photo uploads. Rendering and exports run in your browser; the platform does not receive the output, perform server-side input/output screening of it, or use an automated moderation model. Administrators can manually examine public site materials, Skill descriptions and reported content, and unpublish affected Skills through the admin interface. We do not monitor Skills or outputs in external tools in real time. Users must follow this policy and provider safety rules.
Reports and appeals
Email support@skillrz.dev with the subject “Content report” or “Appeal”. Include the page or Skill URL, a description, relevant date and necessary evidence. Rights holders may identify their work, trademark and authorization details. Do not email illegal images or child sexual abuse material; provide location details instead. You may request reconsideration with supporting information through the same address.
Enforcement
Administrators assess reports manually according to severity and may temporarily remove content from public view while investigating. Confirmed violations may lead to a request to correct or stop the misuse, removal of Skills or display materials, and restriction or termination of access as appropriate. Suspected illegal activity is handled according to applicable law, including cooperation with authorities when required. We can act only on content and access under our control, not delete files on your device or other services. Child safety, impersonation and serious infringement reports receive priority; we do not claim round-the-clock automated review or guaranteed resolution times.
Models and rendering
Model and rendering disclosure: Dot Avatar Maker uses Three.js 0.170.0 to render preset shapes, colors, materials and accessories in your browser and export images. It is not a text-to-image AI service, calls no generative AI model, and sends no avatar content to a model provider. The Skillrz website currently provides no hosted AI image or video inference service. Downloaded Skills run in your own tools; models, accounts and charges depend on the particular Skill and your configuration. Read its SKILL.md and provider documentation.
Updates
Last updated: October 12, 2026. We update this page when product capabilities or moderation practices change. Any future hosted generative AI feature should disclose its actual models and moderation process before launch.
