Instant transfers, no middleware
Vaultic connects straight to the instant payment networks, so a payout goes from your API call to the recipient's bank in seconds, with no sponsor-bank middleware in between.
Vaultic is the developer platform for launching accounts, payments, and cards on modern banking rails.

Platforms that move money on Vaultic
Hold funds, move them on every major rail, issue cards and lend, all on one ledger with one set of webhooks.
Open FDIC-eligible accounts through our partner banks, receive deposits, and send payouts over ACH, RTP, FedNow and wire from one endpoint.
Issue virtual and physical debit cards, set controls by merchant category, and approve every authorization in your own code within 1.5 seconds.
Model wallets, holds and fees as ledger accounts. Every movement posts as a balanced double entry, so any balance can be explained line by line.
Originate and service lines of credit on the same ledger, with repayment schedules, autopay and daily interest accrual handled for you.
The parts of a bank that a product team actually needs, exposed as primitives you can test, version and reason about.

Sub-accounts, holds and splits are first-class objects, not report-time math.
Identity checks, sanctions screening and monitoring run inside every call.
Idempotent endpoints, typed SDKs and versioned changes you opt into.

Every account can send and receive on every rail. Pick the rail per payout, or let smart routing choose the fastest one the recipient's bank supports.
Typed SDKs, idempotent endpoints and a sandbox that behaves exactly like production. Most teams move test money within an hour.
Payroll, freight, property and savings platforms run their money movement on the same primitives you get in the sandbox.
“We moved 14,000 carriers from three-day ACH to payouts that land before the truck leaves the dock.”
Funds sit with FDIC-member partner banks. Every key lives in hardware, every action is logged, and every payout is screened before it moves.
Vaultic is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Brinmoor Bank, N.A. and Calloway Federal Savings, Members FDIC.
Build for free in the sandbox. When you go live, pay a platform fee plus per-transfer pricing. No setup fees and no minimums.
Still deciding? A solutions engineer can walk through your flow of funds and pricing in 30 minutes.
Get sandbox keys in under a minute. Most teams send their first test payout the same afternoon.

The freight platform replaced three-day ACH with instant payouts on Vaultic, and cut weekly reconciliation from three days to forty minutes.
Haulstead matches shippers with 14,000 independent carriers across the Southeast. Most carriers are owner-operators who pay for fuel before a load and wait for the payout after it. Under the old setup, a delivered load became a payout file at 4 PM, an ACH batch the next morning, and cash in the carrier's account two to three business days later.
Carriers filled the gap with factoring companies that kept up to 4% of every load. Haulstead's support team spent a third of its week answering one question: where is my money?
The team evaluated three banking-as-a-service providers. Two required a separate ledger vendor and passed transfers through middleware before they reached a rail. Vaultic gave them accounts, instant rails and a double-entry ledger behind one API, with a sandbox that let engineers simulate FedNow rejections and ACH returns before a single carrier was paid.
“We moved 14,000 carriers from three-day ACH to payouts that land before the truck leaves the dock.”
Haulstead opened a virtual account for every carrier and routed each payout through smart routing: RTP when the carrier's bank supports it, FedNow as the fallback, and same-day ACH for the few banks on neither network.
Median time from proof of delivery to cash is now nine seconds. Because every payout, fee and hold posts to the Vaultic ledger, reconciliation became a forty-minute review of exceptions instead of a three-day spreadsheet exercise. Factoring use among Haulstead carriers fell by more than half in the first quarter.

Vaultic started in 2021 with a simple frustration: launching a financial product took a year of bank negotiations and middleware before a single dollar moved.
Our founders built payouts at a payroll company and a card program at a neobank. Both times, most of the work had nothing to do with the product: reconciling three sources of truth, chasing a sponsor bank for a wire cutoff, or rebuilding a ledger after an audit.
Vaultic is the platform they wanted then. Direct connections to the payment networks, a real double-entry ledger at the center, and an API that treats money movement like any other piece of software you can test, version and observe.
If a balance cannot be traced to entries, it is a bug, and we treat it like an outage.
We version every change, keep old versions for 24 months, and never surprise a customer in production.
Every engineer takes support shifts, so the people who wrote the code hear about it when it hurts.
