Ask once. It's booked.
Mention @solvine in chat or email. It checks everyone's calendar, rules and timezone, books the slot and sends the invite.
Solvine reads your calendars and deadlines, then drafts a week that fits. You approve it before your first coffee.
Teams at 2,400 companies plan their weeks with Solvine
Solvine handles the back-and-forth, guards your focus and keeps every timezone fair. You stay in charge of the decisions.
Mention @solvine in chat or email. It checks everyone's calendar, rules and timezone, books the slot and sends the invite.
Every incoming request lands in one queue. Solvine books the easy ones and only asks you about the rest.
Recurring meetings rotate the early and late slots, so the same team is never always the one on at 7 a.m.
Weekly insights show meeting load, focus time and who is overbooked, before anyone burns out.
Ten minutes of setup. After that, a fresh draft lands every Sunday evening and Solvine keeps it current as plans change.
Nothing moves on your calendar until you approve it. Most teams finish setup in under ten minutes.
Solvine learns when you do your best work and defends it. Focus blocks move when they have to, and never quietly disappear.
“Monday used to disappear into scheduling. Now 180 people open a calendar that already makes sense.”
Solvine asks for the least access it needs, explains every change it makes, and never uses your events to train shared models.
Free or busy by default. Titles and attendees only for calendars you choose.
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, with keys rotated every 90 days.
SAML single sign-on and automatic provisioning on the Business plan.
Each move records who asked, what rule applied and who approved it.

We spent six years running operations teams across four timezones. The worst part of every week was the same: three people, eleven emails, one meeting.
Solvine is the assistant we wanted back then. It does the tedious part, asks before it changes anything that matters, and never sells or trains on your calendar.
We are a team of 23 in Lisbon and Toronto. If something feels off, write to us. Both of us still read the support inbox.

Org-wide drafting for companies of 50 to 2,000 people. We onboard a few companies each week while we finish the admin tools, so every rollout gets real attention.
Business is $28 per seat per month on yearly billing.

Account details you give us (name, work email, company) and the calendar data you connect. By default we read free or busy times only. Event titles, attendees and locations are read only for calendars where you turn on full access.
We use your data to draft and maintain your schedule, to show you and your admins insights about your own workspace, and to run and secure the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.
Drafting runs on models hosted in our own cloud accounts. Your calendar content is never used to train models that serve other customers. Business customers can turn off all model processing of event titles.
We share data only with subprocessors that host, email and support the service, under contracts at least as strict as this policy. The current list is available to every customer on request.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@solvine.example. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
You need a work email to create a workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in links and SSO settings secure.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Seats are billed when active, and seats added mid-cycle are prorated to the day.
Your calendars and settings stay yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service for you, and nothing more.
You can cancel at any time from Settings. We will keep your data available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it as described in the privacy policy.
