“The Friday roundup used to be my Thursday-night chore. Now it writes itself and reads better than mine ever did.”

Short version: we collect what we need to run celebrations for your team, we never sell it, and birthdays are always opt-in.
Account details you give us (name, work email, company and team size), the content your team posts in Beanhop (kudos, comments, reactions and ritual posts), and basic usage data such as which features are used and when. If your admin connects an HR system, we receive names, start dates and, only for people who opt in, birthdays.
To run your workspace, send the reminders and roundups you set up, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not use your team's posts to train machine learning models, and we never sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Workspaces are hosted in the United States by default. Fiesta customers can choose an EU region in Frankfurt instead. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backups are kept for 30 days.
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. Product analytics only run after you agree to them, and you can change your mind from the settings page.

Effective September 1, 2026. The agreement between your company and Beanhop Labs Ltd.
The person who creates a workspace agrees to these terms on behalf of their company and becomes its first admin. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for keeping sign-in links private.
Everything your team posts belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and display it only so that we can run the service for you.
Paid plans are billed per active person, monthly or yearly. If your team grows mid-term we add the difference to your next invoice; if it shrinks, the credit carries forward. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice. When it ends you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it from active systems and, within a further 30 days, from backups.
