Frame-accurate video review

Prismade is a visual production workspace for studios and brand teams. Briefs, boards, frame‑accurate feedback and final delivery live on one canvas, so campaigns ship in fewer rounds.
Independent studios and in-house brand teams run their production weeks in Prismade
Every stage of a production lives in the same project, so nobody rebuilds context from email threads, shared drives and screenshots.
Autumn/Winter launch for the Halden Storm Shell. Real weather and real places, no studio sky. The rust shell is the only saturated colour in every frame.

Colours, type and logo rules sit next to every frame, so every reviewer checks against the same reference.
Share a review room, not a folder. Decide what guests can do before you send it.
Search across every project by subject, colour, camera or status.
Every upload stacks on the last one, with the note that caused it.
When a frame is approved, Prismade exports every size and tells the people who need to know.
“Clients sign off on their phone before lunch. By then the files are already exported.”
Median time from signed brief to final files, down from 19.
Feedback rounds per frame, down from 4.2 the year before.
Fewer review emails in the first quarter on Prismade.
Oddfield, 34 people in Rotterdam. Measured across 41 campaigns, January to August 2026.
Send one link. Clients look, comment and sign off in the time it takes to finish a coffee. Try it on the phone.
Guests open a link, type their name and start commenting. Nothing to install, nothing to forget.
Every sign-off records who approved which version and when, ready for the production report.
Client notes land in the studio thread, so producers never copy feedback between tools.
“Our team in Oslo and the studio in Rotterdam finally look at the same frame. Sign-off went from a week of emails to one morning.”
“Version stacks mean no more files called final_v7_really. The note that caused a change stays attached to it.”
Campaigns leak through forwarded links and stray downloads. Prismade is built so they do not.

Book a demoA 34-person studio in Rotterdam moved briefs, boards, client review and delivery into one room. Here is what changed in the first eight months.
Oddfield shoots around forty campaigns a year for outdoor, home and hospitality brands. Until this spring, every one of them ran through the same patchwork: a brief in a document, frames on a shared drive, feedback in email and approvals in whatever message arrived last.
"Fridays were for chasing," says Inès van Daalen, who runs production at the studio. "Chasing the client for sign-off, chasing retouch for the version they had signed, then chasing ourselves to export the right sizes." The work was good. The week around it was not.
The team counted 4.2 rounds of feedback per frame across 2025, and the most common note was some version of "which file is this?"
Oddfield moved its first project, the Halden AW26 campaign, into Prismade in February. The brief became the project's front page. Each of the 24 deliverables got its own place on a board, with an owner and a due date, and every upload stacked on the version before it.
“The client stopped asking which file was the latest. There is only one place to look, and it is always the latest.”Inès van Daalen, Executive Producer
Retouchers pinned their own notes to the frame before sending, which meant the client saw what had changed and why. Kwame Asante, who leads retouch, now opens the version compare before every handoff: "If I cannot explain a difference, it does not go out."
The biggest change came from the review link. Halden's brand team in Oslo opens a link, types a name and approves. No account, no download, and every approval lands in the audit log with the version number attached.
Oddfield now runs every new campaign in Prismade and has moved its archive of past projects across, so a returning client can see the last campaign beside the next one.
Seats are for people who upload, plan and manage. Guest reviewers are free on every plan.
A seat is anyone who uploads, edits boards or manages projects. Clients, freelancers who only comment and stakeholders who only approve are guests, and guests are free.
