Capture from every channel
Widget, email, help desk, chat, app reviews and call notes land in one inbox, deduplicated and matched to the account that sent them.
Collect, tag, and route customer feedback from every channel, then automate the surveys, digests, and follow-ups that keep users in the loop.

Product and support teams at these companies close the loop with Loopwright
Five things Loopwright does the moment feedback arrives, so nobody copies tickets into a spreadsheet again.
Widget, email, help desk, chat, app reviews and call notes land in one inbox, deduplicated and matched to the account that sent them.
AI proposes themes from your own taxonomy. Correct a tag once and your workspace learns it.
See which themes are rising this week, and whether last sprint's fix actually moved them.
Assign, merge and link threads together, with live cursors and a history of who decided what.
Plan, ARR and renewal dates sync from your CRM, so the loudest request and the biggest one stop getting confused.
Loopwright follows a request through four moves. Scroll through them, or pick the one your team struggles with.
Connect the widget and a forwarding address in about ten minutes. Loopwright merges duplicates and attaches each message to the account that sent it.
Every message is tagged against your taxonomy and scored for sentiment. Themes rank by volume and by the revenue asking, not by who spoke last in the meeting.
Link themes to roadmap items. Each card shows how many customers are waiting and what they are worth, synced both ways with your issue tracker.
When the linked issue closes, Loopwright drafts a personal note to every customer who asked. You review it once, and it goes out from your own domain.
Product, support and founding teams use Loopwright to show customers they were heard.
Every roadmap item now shows the accounts asking for it. Prioritization went from an hour of opinions to ten minutes of evidence.
Two-way sync with the tools your team already works in, and the controls your security team will ask about first.

Cannot find what you need? The team that builds Loopwright answers within one business day.
The in-app widget, a forwarding email address, your help desk, team chat, iOS and Android app reviews, and call notes from your CRM. Anything else can post to the API or a webhook.
Loopwright suggests themes from the taxonomy you define. Every tag can be edited, and corrections tune your workspace within a day. Your feedback is never used to train shared models.
When a roadmap item linked to feedback ships, Loopwright drafts a personal update to everyone who asked for it. You review the draft once, and it sends from your own domain.
No. Loopwright syncs both ways with the tools you already use. Agents keep working in the help desk and engineers keep working in the tracker.
Yes. Free covers three seats and 250 feedback items a month with no time limit. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial, and no card is needed to begin.
Plans are priced per workspace. A feedback item is a new message from a customer; replies, merges and internal notes are free. Extra seats cost $8 a month.
In the US by default. Growth and Enterprise workspaces can choose the EU instead when they are created. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or newer in transit, and our SOC 2 Type II report is available on request.
Yes. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing period, and you can export every item, tag and loop as CSV or JSON before you go.
Connect two sources, invite your team, and send your first loop digest before Friday.
What we shipped, what we fixed, and why. New releases go out most Tuesdays.
Fernhold builds project planning software for construction firms. Its six-person product team had plenty of feedback and no way to trace it back to customers.
Before Loopwright, requests reached Fernhold through four help desk queues, a shared inbox and the sales team's call notes. Amara Okafor's team spent most of every Monday copying them into a spreadsheet, and by Thursday it was already out of date.
“We knew customers wanted better exports,” Amara says. “We did not know it was 38 accounts worth more than half a million dollars a year. That number changed the conversation with engineering overnight.”
Fernhold connected its help desk and the in-app widget first, imported twelve months of tickets, and wrote a taxonomy of 42 themes together with the support leads. In the first month AI tagging handled 91 percent of new items, and the rest went to a fifteen-minute daily triage.
Every roadmap item now shows the accounts asking for it. Prioritization went from an hour of opinions to ten minutes of evidence.
Each roadmap card now carries the accounts behind it. When the CSV export fix shipped in September, a loop digest went to all 38 customers the same morning, and seven of them replied to say thanks or ask for the next thing.
Next, Fernhold plans to route renewal-risk signals straight to account managers, so the people who own the relationship hear about a problem before the renewal call does.

Plain-language summaries of how Loopwright handles your data. Last updated September 12, 2026.
You own the feedback you bring into Loopwright. We process it only to run the product for your workspace, and we never sell it or use it to train models shared with other customers.
Admins can export or delete a workspace at any time. Deleted data leaves our primary systems within 30 days and our backups within 90.
Plans renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can downgrade or cancel from workspace settings, and you keep access until the period ends.
Loopwright is audited against SOC 2 Type II every year. Workspaces are hosted in the US, or in the EU for Growth and Enterprise plans, and data does not move between regions.
We use a short list of vendors to run Loopwright. We give 30 days' notice before adding a new one.
