Brain-dump in. A real plan out.

Type tasks the way you would say them out loud. Dayfold reads durations, deadlines and priority, then fits everything around the meetings already on your calendar.

  • Understands "2h", "before 3pm" and "!high"
  • Never moves a meeting, only your own tasks
  • Leaves buffer so one overrun can't sink the afternoon

Kenji Mori asked for 10:00

10:00 is inside your focus block, so Dayfold suggested 12:00 instead. Your morning stays intact.

Focus time that defends itself.

Mark a block as focus and Dayfold treats it like a meeting with yourself. New requests get a better slot suggested instead of a polite yes you regret at 10:05.

  • Deep work lands when your energy is highest
  • Suggests the next free slot to whoever asked
  • Works with the calendars you already use

Stop on time. Start tomorrow ready.

A two-minute shutdown ritual reviews what moved, picks tomorrow's top three and lets you close the laptop without the 9pm guilt.

People who stopped over-planning.

“I used to plan in three apps and a sticky note. Now I type the mess in at 8:50 and start real work at 9.”
Amara BoatengFreelance brand designer
“The focus blocks are the feature. Meetings still happen, they just stopped eating my mornings.”
Kenji MoriEngineering lead, Harrow & Pike
“It puts my thesis writing where I actually have energy for it. My advisor noticed before I did.”
Priya RamanPhD candidate, marine ecology
“A bike shop's day changes at 10am. One tap and the afternoon re-plans around the walk-ins.”
Graham ElleryOwner, Quayside Bikes
“We moved the ops team over in a week. The shared day view quietly replaced our standup doc.”
Lucía FerrerHead of operations, Fernwick
“The shutdown ritual sounded silly until I tried it. Laptop closes at six and tomorrow is already planned.”

It places tasks with deadlines first, then high-priority work in your best energy window (mornings by default), then everything else. Meetings and lunch are fixed. A ten-minute buffer follows each task so one overrun does not cascade.

Never. Dayfold only moves your own tasks and focus blocks. When someone requests time inside a protected block, it suggests the next free slot and you decide.

Each time you press Plan my day, Dayfold builds a full schedule. That counts as one AI plan. Personal includes 60 a month, Pro includes 300, and credit packs top you up whenever you need more.

No. Your tasks are processed to build your plan and are never used for training. You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

On Pro, up to ten teammates can see each other's shape of the day: focus, meetings and free time. Task details stay private unless you share them.
